THS: COLLEGE DAY - OCT. 5th @ 1:30 |

Taylor High School will be hosting its 25th College Day Program on Monday, October 5th. The representatives will be set up in the student center in a browse-type venue. Sessions begin at 1:30 p.m. Counselors expect about 70 schools to participate. All juniors and seniors from Taylor High will be visiting the representatives during a designated time. Parents are welcome and urged to attend. This is an opportunity to visit with colleges, investigate various programs, and learn first-hand about curriculum, costs, housing and financial aid. Parents of 10th, 11th and 12th grade students can also get information on Dual Credit classes offered at Temple College for both high school and college credits. |

TAYLOR BOOSTERS MEET SEPT. 28TH |

Taylor Booster Club President Paul Burow has issued an open invitation to all THS and TMS parents to attend the year's first Booster Club meeting Monday, September 28th in the Taylor High School cafeteria at 6:00 p.m. Taylor AD Rick Cobia will be on hand and Burow says all THS coaches have been invited to participate and meet the Booster Club. Burow says it not to late to join the Booster Club and he looks forward to seeing more parents come out to join the fun and support the Ducks athletic efforts. Remember, the Ducks next home game is homecoming, October 9th vs the Madisonville Mustangs. |
