Taylor ISD will be offering a virtual learning option for students in kindergarten through sixth grade during the Fall 2021 semester for families that have health and safety concerns due to COVID. To lessen the burden of missing school, our district will provide remote instruction to support at home learning during this time.
To be considered for acceptance, please fill out the Remote Instruction Request form and you will be notified of approval and enrollment into remote instruction within 2 business days. Once enrolled, families will receive more information from the Teaching and Learning department prior to the start of instruction.
Remote instruction is a temporary opportunity that will allow students to maintain attendance requirements and keep up with the learning happening in schools. There will be mandatory attendance meetings for students to be counted present with a campus/district representative. A dedicated teacher will be available weekly to provide support during this temporary time.
