The Taylor ISD Board of Trustees provided consent to the District Administration to use federal funds for the purchase of school supplies.  Students in elementary and middle schools will receive those supplies on the first day of school.

"We know the costs for the start of the year can be significant for parents.  We are glad to help use available resources to provide the essentials for students," stated Superintendent Devin Padavil.

Federal funds expire at the end of the 2023-24 school year, so this effort may not be possible in the 2024-25 school year.
