Taylor ISD celebrated the start of new construction as well as renovations at Main Street Elementary School with a groundbreaking held on November 14, 2023. 

This project will include safety improvements such as upgrades to the front student drop-off area, driveways and parking, a new bus canopy at the back of the school, and repairs to parking surfaces.

New construction will include a gymnasium, dining and kitchen area as well as major maintenance throughout.
