    Taylor Middle School Dance

In Middle School Dance, students will be learning a dance combination for each genre covered (Jazz, Musical Theatre, Hip Hop, Ballet, and Contemporary). Students will learn the history, and vocabulary behind each style.

Students will explore the creative side of dance, by working on various group projects throughout the year.

This is a performance-based class, so students will do daily performances in front of their dance class in small groups. There will be a MANDATORY Spring Show (recital) at the end of April.

This performance is a requirement for the course.
