Employee Referral Bonus

Eligible employees may refer external candidates to the Human Resources Department for current vacancies using the Referral Form prior to the applicant being hired. A bonus will be paid to the referring employee after the new employee is hired and has completed 60 days of employment with Taylor ISD. The bonus will be distributed in accordance with the Taylor ISD pay schedule.

Criteria

  • Referred candidates must be external.
  • Former employees are eligible to be referred if they have been separated from the district for one year or more.
  • If multiple employees refer a candidate, the first employee will receive the bonus.
  • Referrals must be for a posted position.
  • Referring employees cannot be an individual in a supervisory capacity and/or a member of Human Resources.
  • Referring employees must be employed at the time of payout to receive the incentive.
